Dr. Ali Establish his advocacy and legal consultancy office after attaining a high level of judicial maturity through his academic studies and professional expertise based on the following stages:
– Graduating in 1996, he joined the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies as a judicial trainee to graduate from it in 1998. Then, he was appointed as a Public Prosecutor.
– He kept ascending the career ladder in the Public The prosecution, in all its divisions, working – after his work in the Public Prosecution – as a Public Prosecutor in Abu Dhabi Municipality, and then a Passports Public Prosecutor, before joining the Appeal Prosecution, where he largely and significantly polished his criminal expertise.
– After spending nearly ten years in the criminal field, Aleter’s delegation to Abu Dhabi government Case Management Bureau was approved, knowing that the delegation was driven by Aleter’s desire to get involved in the field of civil law and its related cases and procedures that differ from that of the Public Prosecution, which was familiar to him. In his new capacity, he represented all the government entities before the UAE courts, be it first instance, appeal or cassation courts. Such a role helped him in attaining the required level of excellence as a government attorney, which enabled him to win cases through highly excellent and professionally distinctive judicial skills.
