Monia is a Senior Associate who has gained an intensive experience through her dedication, hard work and close involvement in clients’ related matters, since the very beginning of her career, Monia has showed deep interest in the legal profession and has wasted no chance to improve and develop her skills and has become remarkably one of the firm’s peers. She is responsible for and handling many of the clients’ complicated matters and has significantly succeeded in winning most of the matters entrusted to her.

Monia has obtained her B.A. in law from Damascus University in Syria in 2010 , and has enrolled in the training scheme required by the Syrian Bar Association for obtaining the license to practice law and advocacy.

She has joined Al Baiti Law Firm in March 2013 as a Paralegal, and was responsible for assisting the Senior Lawyers in preparing the claims and grounds of defence for each case, gathering supporting materials form precedents and jurisprudence, during this period, she has, as a fast and keen learner with the exceptional ability to search, investigate and trace evidences, contributed in the continuous success of the firm on the one hand, and has equipped herself with the required skills, experience and abilities to start performing as an independent lawyer.

In March 2016, Monia has joined Mitchel&Partners as an Associate, and started to work very closely to the Partners which assisted her in enriching her experience, knowledge and ability to handle several cases by her own. Being initiative and ambitious, she has succeeded in defending the Clients she represents and has achieved distinguished favorable results, which has ultimately raised her performance and reputation in the legal field.

Having gained intensive experience in commercial litigation, she has joined Saba Bridges in November 2017, as a Senior Associate, handling Construction & Real-Estate Development, Financial, Insurance, Inheritance law and Employment. Her prosperity and success has assisted in entrusting Arbitration cases to be handled by her and therefore, became also responsible for representing the Clients before the Arbitration Tribunals and Panels at DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and ADCCAC.

Monia possesses an intimate understanding of the local legal and economic markets as well as its governing laws and regulations, which enables her to advise and assist the Clients in obtaining both their business and legal goals ensuring their interest are full protected.
