Nizar Saba

Nizar is a Senior Partner who has a deservedly good reputation in advising top-tiered clients across the public and private sectors. With more than 19 years’ experience as a commercial litigator and advisor; he has a wealth of experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law within the Middle East. His areas of expertise are predominately in the Construction & Real-Estate Development, Financial and Economic Sectors, Islamic & Sharia’a Compliant Investments, Intellectual Property, and he ensures Corporate Governance and Risk Analysis are an integral part of any case matter.

Nizar has joined Roedl, Meyer – Reumann Legal Consultancy in 2009 in Dubai as a legal consultant. He advised clients on various legal aspects in litigation, Banking, Islamic Finance, Constructions, Intellectual Property and corporate matters including the formation, liquidation and restructuring of businesses for multi-national companies.

Before joining Al Baiti Law Firm in May 2014, Nizar joined Hadef&Partners in July 2010 as a Senior Legal Consultant in their Dispute Resolution Department; he has represented top tier clients and worked on broad based cases spanning diverse areas of law including Constructions, Banking, Islamic Finance, Real Estate, Insurance and Employment, in addition to handling Arbitration cases based on ICC and UNICITRAL Rules, also Arbitration before DIAC, ADCCAC ,and DIFC-LCIA.

During his employment with Hadef&Partners, his performance and achievements were viable elements that massively contributed in achieving “Best Dispute Resolution Team in the Middle East” award in the year 2013.

He has acted on behalf of many prominent corporates and entities in Construction field related to billions and hundreds of millions dirhams projects both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to acting for a diverse banking clientele in Islamic finance, project finance and trade funding.

In early 2016, Nizar has joined Mitchel&Partners in association with Salem Al Kubaisi Advocates & Legal Consultants, as a Partner and continued gaining further experience and expanding the client base, as his reputation has reputation has participated tremendously in faming the office’s name and has ultimately contributed in bringing in plenty of clients from the major companies operating in the UAE.

In October 2017, Nizar has joined Saba Bridges as a Senior Partner upon taking over the management of Salem Al Kubaisi Advocates & Legal Consultants and has at the same time been responsible for opening and managing our Branch in Dubai to ensure best legal services are rendered to our Clients all over the Country, since the Dubai Office is handling and covering all the Northern Emirates.
