We have represented one of the leading Islamic Banks in the UAE in a case for the recovery of AED 510.000.000 previously availed by one customer by virtue of two Islamic financing Contracts, the first was a Mudarabah and the other was a Master Murabaha for the sale and purchase of commodities (Islamic Finance). We succeeded in obtaining a precautionary attachment order against the opponent’s assets, one of them is a car plate number classified as the most expensive plate number in the world according to Guinness Records.
