Construction Case:

Representing one of the big four auditing firms in a labor case filed by a former partner, the claim amount was AED (2.817.000) being his alleged share in the profit (bonus), we have succeeded in obtaining a judgment as the Court has embraced our defence and rejected due to the fact the salaried partner is different from the equity partner and therefore, he is not entitled to any shares of the profit or dividends.
